common element... A common element is the portion(s) of the Condominium
Property which is/are not within a UNIT
How many
units are in the "Grand"... There are 244 units in the
"Grand" and 33 buildings
When is
the trash (valet service) picked up .... Valet trash pick up is Sunday
through Thursday evenings. Trash should be placed within the container
before 8PM. No trash shall be placed in containers on Friday or
Saturday.
I live in
the Grand but I don't own a unit. Must I comply with the rules and
regulations.... Yes. The rules and regulations are in place to
protect all of the Grand's residents, maintain a uniform appearance of
our community and maintain property values.
Are
"door to door" salesmen allowed on our grounds ...No salesmen
are permitted on the grounds for obvious reasons. Should you
encounter a salesperson, contact our property manager and report the
matter
I want to
enclose or modify my patio or porch. How do I go about this ...
Any owner who wishes to make any construction changes must submit a form
to the ARC for possible approval. You may obtain the form here on our
website (click here)
I lost my
card/key to open the fitness center or clubhouse main door. What should
I do ... Contact our property manager at the clubhouse who will issue
you a new card/key. The fees for a 1st-time replacement card is $25.00.
The second replacement card is $50.00 Keys are available to owners
or their designee only and proof of ownership of your unit or a written
statement from the owner must be presented at time of request for a key.
What do I
do if I discovered a water leak in my unit .... You need to call your
plumber to determine if the leak emanates from within your unit. If the
leak is discovered to be in the common element, contact the property
manager. If you think it is from a roof leak, call the property manager.

Who may use the fitness center .... The fitness center is available to all card/key holders and may bring two guests. No one under the age of 14 is permitted in the fitness center. The Fitness Center guidelines are HERE
I am a resident and wondered if I am able to attend our clubhouse parties.... Party events in the clubhouse are open to all residents!
